That is pretty annoying when carts get parked in spaces for cars and motorcycles. I collect them and put them back into the racks at the grocery store when I have time. Good shot.
maybe since kids usually ride on carts when mommies go shopping, some people might be thinking the cart deserves to get this space:)... but it can be a bit annoying when there's no more space for real modes of transport... oh well...
